The Graphic Toolbox graphs vertical profiles of the atmospheric nature run variables as a function of latitude and constant longitude or as a function of longitude and constant latitude. In the example below, a GADS Cloud Fraction profile is chosen from the menu. Once selected,  a pop up window allows the user to customize the display for latitude, longitude and altitude limits.

In the example, varying longitude has been selected for the latitude 30.375 deg north. 

The entire vertical profile (31 levels for an ECMWF GADS) has been selected.

The user can customize the binning of the data under the Options menu by selecting Set Range for Current Variable.

In the following example below, only cloud fractions between 0.5 and 1.0 are plotted.
