The Graphic Toolbox graphs atmospheric nature run variables at surface or model pressure levels as a function of  latitude and longitude. In the example below, a GADS Cloud Fraction profile is chosen from the menu. 

For a horizontal view of a variable, the default level is the 1000 mb level. Once displayed, the user can use the slider bar to choose another pressure level (the example below is for 500 mb).

Under the tools menu, the user can custom zoom in any area of the display map. The zoom area is panable by mouse movement.
